The Company seeks to use energy and materials efficiently, to minimise and responsibly dispose of waste, to eliminate hazardous substances from its products, and to conduct its business ethically and with respect for its people and its community.

Environmental initiatives
Waste segregation and recycling
Waste is segregated at source. Hazardous waste and e-waste are handed over only to authorised recyclers and disposal agencies.
Cleaner materials
RoHS and REACH compliant materials are used, and the substances used in manufacturing processes are kept under review, including PFAS.
Energy and resource efficiency
Power and water consumption are monitored, and energy-efficient equipment and lighting are used. Material scrap is tracked and reduced.
Digital operations
ERP integration, barcode-based material tracking and production analytics support data-driven reduction of scrap and rework.
Local sourcing
Local suppliers are preferred where quality and capability permit, reducing transport distances and supporting the regional manufacturing ecosystem.
