Code of conduct
The Code of Conduct sets out the standards of honesty, fairness and professionalism required of every employee in dealings with customers, suppliers, authorities and colleagues.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
The Company does not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes or any other improper payment, whether directly or through third parties.
Human rights and labour
The Company does not engage child labour or forced labour, pays fair wages, observes statutory working hours and provides a workplace free from discrimination.
Prevention of harassment
The Company maintains a workplace free from harassment in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Supplier approval and monitoring
- Evaluation and approval of suppliers before inclusion in the Approved Vendor List
- Ongoing monitoring of supplier quality and delivery performance
- Audits of suppliers of critical materials and processes
- Acceptance of the Supplier Code of Conduct by all suppliers
Responsible sourcing
- RoHS and REACH declarations obtained from material suppliers
- Responsible sourcing of conflict minerals (3TG), reported through the CMRT
- Procurement of electronic components through authorised channels to prevent counterfeit parts
- Preference for local suppliers where quality and capability permit
Confidentiality and data protection
Customer information
Customer drawings, artwork and specifications are used solely for the customer's program, and access is restricted to authorised personnel. Non-disclosure agreements are executed where required.
Personal data
Personal information submitted through this website is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting concerns
Employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders may report any concern regarding unethical conduct, safety or a breach of the Code of Conduct, in confidence, to info@keetronics.com. All reports are reviewed by management. Retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith is not permitted.
