Restricted substances
RoHS
Products are manufactured in compliance with EU Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863. Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP are restricted to within the permitted maximum concentration values.
REACH
Materials are assessed against Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, and against the ECHA Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), on the basis of supplier material declarations.
Conflict minerals
Suppliers are required to source tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) responsibly. Sourcing information is reported using the Responsible Minerals Initiative Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).
PFAS
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the bill of materials are being reviewed with suppliers in line with emerging EU and US regulatory requirements. The current position is set out in the PFAS Statement.
Design and qualification standards
Where required by the customer or program, products are designed to and qualified against the following standards, in-house or through accredited external laboratories.

Qualification status is specific to each part number and program and is stated in the qualification documentation supplied with the part.
