Are your products RoHS compliant (RoHS 3)?
Yes. Our products are manufactured in compliance with EU Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (commonly referred to as RoHS 3), which covers ten restricted substances including four phthalates. A RoHS Declaration of Conformity is available in the Document Library.
Do your products contain REACH SVHC substances?
Materials are assessed against the ECHA Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern on the basis of supplier material declarations. Our REACH SVHC Declaration states the Candidate List version against which the assessment was made.
Do you use conflict minerals?
Tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) may be present in some electronic components and solders. Suppliers are required to source these minerals responsibly, and our sourcing information is reported in the Responsible Minerals Initiative Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).
Do your products contain PFAS?
We are reviewing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in our bill of materials with our suppliers. Our current position is set out in the PFAS Statement in the Document Library.
Can you provide IP-rated or MIL-STD qualified products?
Yes, where the program requires it. Products can be designed to and qualified against standards such as IEC 60529 (IP rating), IEC 60068, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. Qualification status is specific to each part number and is stated in the qualification documentation supplied with the part.
Quality
Which quality management certifications do you hold?
Keetronics holds ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D and IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certifications. Certificate copies are available in the Document Library.
Are your products traceable?
Yes. Barcode-based material tracking links each finished product to its material lots, process records and inspection results.
Do you provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports?
Yes. New parts and engineering changes are subject to first article inspection, and FAI reports are supplied where specified by the customer.
How do you handle customer complaints?
Complaints are acknowledged, suspect stock is contained, and root cause analysis is carried out using the 8D methodology. The 8D report is shared with the customer once corrective action has been verified.

Are your products ESD sensitive, and how are they packed?
Products containing electronic assemblies are handled in ESD protected areas and are dispatched in static-shielding or dissipative packaging. They should be handled with ESD precautions until installed.
Supply chain & ethics
How do you prevent counterfeit components?
Electronic components are procured through authorised channels, and suppliers are evaluated and approved before inclusion in our Approved Vendor List.
Do you have a supplier code of conduct?
Yes. All suppliers are required to accept our Supplier Code of Conduct, which covers quality, ethical, labour and environmental requirements.
